Markets started the week lower after major indices rallied last week. Nvidia (NVDA) and AMD Inc. (AMD) saw slight losses following reports stating the U.S. government will take 15% of both companies' Chinese chip revenue. However, lithium companies like Albemarle (ALB) rallied after a Chinese competitor was forced to close one of its lithium mines.
