Tariff Teeter-Totter, VIX at "Extreme Levels"

After tariff hikes were enacted on Canada, Mexico and China, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick provided some optimism that a compromise could be struck with North American trading partners "as soon as today." Kevin Green looks at market response to the back-and-forth volatility surrounding tariff policy. He says the S&P 500 (SPX) 200-day moving average should be closely monitored.
