Tariffs "Reinforce" U.S. Steelmakers at Risk of Higher Prices, Aluminum a Different Story

Donald Marleau says President Trump's increased tariffs on steel and aluminum will give more power to U.S. steelmakers but notes they will likely pass prices onto consumers.
