Tariffs Weigh on TGT, Why WMT Continues Winning

Arun Sundaram says Target (TGT) has seen a "good recovery" in its recent earnings compared to third quarter, though it still has a long way to go before snatching Walmart's (WMT) retail crown. One issue he believes plagues the company is its focus on discretionary goods over staples like groceries. Arun notes Target has a chance to utilize it's growing in-store traffic.
