Tchir: Trump Will ‘Double Down’ on Tariffs

Peter Tchir thinks Trump will “double down” on tariffs in the President's first Joint Address to Congress. He thinks Trump’s goal is to solidify manufacturing and recreate the middle class, but it will cause short-term pain. He’s short in the Nasdaq-100 ahead of the address – “I want to own things no one else likes right now,” he adds.
