Tech ‘Has to Be’ in Your Portfolio

Despite slowing growth, Scott Ladner does not expect a recession and thinks that the market will move higher this week. U.S. tech “has to be” in your portfolio, he says, comparing the current market period to the 90’s. He expects the Fed to be on hold until at least the summer.
