TOL 'Unexcepted' Strength, Higher Interest Rates Remain Headwind

Toll Brothers (TOL) posted earnings that satisfied investors and showed what Don Nesbitt considers "unexpected" strength in higher-income homebuyers. However, for lower and mid-income homebuyers, Don says higher interest rates are something everyone "has to get used to." On Toll Brothers, Calvin Butts, Jr. believes its "disciplined" approach on projects with higher margins gave it earnings strength.
