Versace: Fed Rate Cut "Going to Come Down to the Wire"

Even with ADP Employment and Jobless Claims data, Chris Versace says the latest ISM Services print will help determine Thursday's trading activity. Ahead of Friday's non-farm payrolls print, he believes looking at revised jobs numbers from the summer paint a picture of a continued slowing in the labor market. For the Fed's rate cut odds, Chris says it's "going to come down to the wire" as mixed messages continue to be shared from Fed governors.
