Versace: Jobs Data Good Report for Economy, Maybe Not For a Rate Cut

Chris Versace joins Morning Movers to discuss the latest labor market data and GDP print. On the ADP data, he says it was a "good report" for the economy but says investors looking for a rate cut might not see it the same way. Jerome Powell and the FOMC announce their latest rate decision later today, and Chris believes the report gives the Fed more "wiggle room" to wait on cutting rates. He believes it'll be a wait-and-see environment as trade deals take shape, thinking the rate cut odds could shift to October's FOMC meeting instead of September. Chris adds thoughts on the latest tech sector earnings and what to watch in Microsoft (MSFT) and Meta (META) reports.
