What SPX Needs to Hold "Remarkable" Rally, Don't Ignore VIX

Katie Stockton calls the SPX rally "remarkable" since hitting lows in April. However, to have confidence that the all-time high breakout will hold, Katie believes the index needs to hold a key level for two consecutive weeks near that high.
