Why Flat VIX Could be Bullish: Stocks Near Highs & Reacting to ARM, FTNT, DDOG Earnings

"Flat line" in volatility is something to watch today, says Kevin Green. With premarket futures little changed ahead of Thursday's open, KG says the upwards momentum expansion could linger for a while. On the individual stock front, he and Diane King Hall discuss Arm Holdings (ARM) as the chipmaker falls despite an earnings beat. To the upside, Fortinet (FTNT) jumps after raising its guidance and KG calls it "a really good report." Later, he weighs in on Datadog (DDOG) jumping after its latest quarterly report. For Thursday, KG is watching 7400 to the upside with 7300 acting as a significant put flow area.
