With over 25 years experience in fish cookery, legendary Great British chef Ian McAndrew is the former owner of the Blackaddie Country House Hotel. Ian was awarded Scottish Chef of the Year in 2016 and he became Britain's youngest ever Michelin star chef in 1980, going on to hold another 8 Michelin Stars. Ian is also the author of a series of successful educational cookbooks including ‘A Feast of Fish’ I and II.
