Adrian Bartlett from South Devon started fishing as a deckhand in 1986 and worked his way up to skippering a crabbing boat. Adrian fished for edible brown crabs, native lobster and other shellfish all around the UK coast for 28 years and now he shares his knowledge and passion with the UK public and chefs, demonstrating how good UK Shellfish is to eat and how easy it is to pick a crab “without fear”.
