I Lift My Eyes To The Hills-Celtic Version-Celtic Version

Celtic Worship-**Lyrics Below — “I Lift My Eyes to the Hills” is a driving Celtic praise and worship song inspired by Psalm 121, arranged as an energetic Irish reel with strong folk-rock momentum.** Two loud acoustic guitars are hard-panned left and right, playing interlocking syncopated rhythms throughout, while Irish fiddle, low wooden flute, hammered dulcimer, bouzouki, melodic bass, natural drums, bodhrán, and tambourine create a lively Celtic foundation. Shiloh Vox 2 carries the lead through the song with rich male call-and-response harmonies, while the final chorus shifts into Irish and is sung by a female Irish vocalist with traditional melismas, turns, slides, and Celtic ornamentation. The song declares trust in the Lord as the source of help, protection, and deliverance. [Chorus] [Shiloh Vox 2 lead; strong male call-and-response; fiddle and flute answer between lines] I lift my eyes to the hills (I lift my eyes to the hills) From where comes my help My help it comes from the Lord Maker of the heavens, maker of the heavens and the earth I lift my eyes to the hills (I lift my eyes to the hills) From where comes my help My help it comes from the Lord Maker of the heavens, maker of the heavens and the earth [Verse 1] [Shiloh Vox 2 sole lead; preserve original melody exactly; both acoustic guitars stay loud and wide; wooden flute answers “valley”] And though I walk in the valley (valley) And the enemy is all around me I will put my trust in You I know that You will deliver me I lift my eyes to the hills (I lift my eyes to the hills) From where comes my help My help it comes from the Lord Maker of the heavens, maker of the heavens and the earth I lift my eyes to the hills (I lift my eyes to the hills) From where comes my help My help it comes from the Lord Maker of the heavens, maker of the heavens and the earth [Bridge] [Shiloh Vox 2 lead; two loud acoustic guitars hard left and hard right continue the syncopated groove; male backing vocals answer parenthetical lines] I put my trust in the Lord (in the Holy One) I put my trust in the Holy One (Holy One) I put my trust in You Lord (I put my trust in You Lord) Only You can deliver me [Chorus] I lift my eyes to the hills (I lift my eyes to the hills) From where comes my help My help it comes from the Lord Maker of the heavens, maker of the heavens and the earth ] Tógaim mo shúile chun na sléibhte (Tógaim mo shúile chun na sléibhte) Cá as a thiocfaidh mo chabhair?
