My daughter, an ICU nurse who had spent so much of her life caring for others, began suffering from debilitating chronic daily migraines. Day after day, she lived with intense pain, and for nearly a year nothing the doctors tried brought lasting relief. As I watched her walk through this trial, I wrote this song as a prayer—crying out to the Lord in desperation, holding on to His promises, and trusting that even when we could not see an answer, Jesus had not abandoned us. After nearly a year of suffering, **Jesus brought her a miraculous healing**, and the chronic migraines were gone.
