In addition to ALLLL the everyday tasks we do as parents, raising a kid with ADHD means we have to help build our kids’ executive functions. This can feel like a really hard job. But what a lot of parents don’t realize is that small changes to the way we speak and interact can add up to a lot of growth opportunities for our kids! In this episode, our very own Katie, a speech language pathologist, is explaining declarative language, which is a tool that you can use TODAY.
