Ray Suhy is the lead guitarist and touring guitarist for Six Feet Under. Ray also currently tours with New Jersey Death Metal band Waking the Cadaver. Ray is an extremely accomplished guitarist who not only plays extreme death metal, but also jazz and fusion styles in the groups The Lewis Porter Quartet and Gematria, which is an experimental prog rock band with Steve Honoshowsky. In this interview, we talk about touring, growing up in Biddeford, Maine, studying jazz with Charlie Banacos and many more aspects of being a modern guitarist.
