Jan 6 Rioters Demand Millions in Explosive Lawsuit

In the latest of absurd abuses of the judicial system, a prospective class action lawsuit against the federal government has been filed in a Florida federal court by January 6th insurrectionists for injuries sustained on that day. The lawsuit claims that officers with the Capitol Police and Metropolitan Police “indiscriminately” shot pepper spray and other chemical munitions and that they were assaulted and injured. Katie Phang breaks down this ridiculous lawsuit and discusses how this is facilitated by Trump and his lawlessness.
