Trump DOJ Torched by Comey's Brutal Filing in Seashell Indictment

Former FBI Director James Comey has now filed his powerful motion to dismiss the bullshit seashells indictment brought by the Trump DOJ, at the direction of Convicted Felon Donald Trump, to vindictively prosecute him. If this motion is granted, the case is dead in the water.  If not, Comey proceeds to trial in October.  Katie Phang explains the legal details of the motion and analyzes why allowing this prosecution to continue any longer is a travesty of justice.
