340 - Things children should know, should not know, and probably know anyway when you are separating

In this episode, I talk about children and what they should know, what they shouldn't know, and what they probably know anyway, as you consider separation. Divorce or separation can be a challenging transition for children. It can be a traumatic event, but you and your children will adjust to this new situation as you find your new normal.
