This time, we explore the story of Jacob disguising himself as Esau to examine identity, growth, and transformation. Starting with a surprising personal story, we challenge stereotypes and connect them to Jacob’s journey. Drawing on D.W. Winnicott’s theory of play, we reflect on how stepping into new roles, like Jacob’s, can help us confront hidden parts of ourselves and prepare for life’s challenges.
