Hall is the director and creator of the documentary, Phantom Lights: UAPs in the Forest. Together, they have combined their research efforts into an exploration of phantom light phenomena. Are these sentient energies that are part of the Earth itself? Are they lost souls trapped here? Or are they extraterrestrial visitors?
