As humans, we are wired for expansion, and our wounds and blocks are what stand between us and our desired growth. In order to allow our growth to continue, we must first release these blocks — and this won’t always feel good or easy! During this process, it’s important to honor where you are and be gentle on yourself. Once you’ve learned how to detach from the stories that are triggering your pain, it becomes much easier to make peace with your pain… and to truly heal.
