When Your Spirit Guides Take You Down a Rabbit Hole

I used to make a huge assumption that would get me into trouble.

I assumed that if I followed the guidance coming from my Higher Self, I would always find myself in a happier, more joyful place.

While that was ultimately true, I neglected to take into account that the pathway to greater joy often required me to first pass through a painful or challenging experience.

This used to really frustrate me until I realized my heart always has a divine reason to lead me to a dark place.

I call this being taken down the rabbit hole, which is where we'll be going in this week's powerful podcast episode.

Rabbit holes can be dark and scary because they trigger the hidden blocks inside us that tether us down without our even knowing. Working through the pain lets us release these blocks, so that we can grow, heal, learn, evolve, and reach the next level of our beautiful potential!
