Talk about tasks in English with collocations for starting, completing and assigning them. Get down to a task concerns starting it; complete a task names the result; assign a task means giving someone the responsibility to do it.
Examples include jobs in the garden and classroom work. The lesson compares everyday and more formal combinations, showing how the verb identifies the stage of the task or who will do it.
