Self-awareness has been the greatest medicine for us on our journey and today we took an honest look at ourselves, rating attributes from honesty to spontaneity on a scale of 1 to 10. Doing this exercise with complete neutrality (and lots of humor) was an amazing way to uncover both our natural gifts and areas that need more love and attention.
