We share with you the good, the bad & the ugly of spiritual awakening through our own experiences from how we both thought we were going crazy, learning to "surrender" (what does that even mean?) to realising that we had actually had mini-awakenings in prior years.

We also chat about the physical feelings we were experiencing during our awakening (spoiler alert; #redbull & #orgasmic) as well as tools and resources we both used to support our journey including automatic writing, grounding and spiritual mentors.
