In episode 62 of the Spiritual Journey podcast we discuss knowing your worth.

Stacey and Nims are joined by good friend Hajera Khan who has been on her self love journey for many years.

We challenge you to consider what value do you bring to this world, what value do you bring to yourself. We share our journeys to self acceptance and self love. And, some of the challenges we have faced in loving ourselves.
