Perseverance

2. Ask yourself what is this situation teaching me? There is a lesson in every single thing. Spend time with yourself and ask, what is it I am learning from this, how can I go into this differently and how can I show up for myself & others?
3. Go back to one of your most difficult experiences:-

• Think about how you got through it,
• What did you learn from it?
