Lee Cronin's The Mummy (2026): "The Boy: Mummy Edition"

Given that Lee Cronin's The Mummy (2026) is the first version of the classic Universal monster movie to feature actual Egyptian actors, it may technically be the most authentic. But when you consider how much of it takes place in Albuquerque while centering on an American family and taking inspiration from bog mummies in the UK, it's kind of a different story.
