There's been a murder and nobody's on the case!  O'Brien sort of is, but he's mostly looking for one of his tools.  Matt fends off the reaction to his take on "Duet" in a super long hailbag, we hear from Maurice Hurley, and Andy wonders why Vedek Winn didn't pick someone who was a better shot.
