Star Wars Andor Episode 12, the Finale, doesn't need any fan service. We don't need to see Palpatine or Boba Fett or Palpatine, but I think it would be cool nonetheless. I think not having these main characters in the show, bolsters their presence, or rather, lack thereof, even more. However, I could see Palpatine showing up at the end at the senate hearing, as well as the Empire hiring Boba Fett or some Bounty Hunter to capture Cassian Andor, as the Empire's ISB continuously fails.
