PALPATINE TELLS LUKE TO GO INTO EXILE and then He Does in The Last Jedi [CANON]

Luke Skywalker was the most strong willed hero in Star Wars. He was the true beacon of hope. Palpatine, the Emperor of the Galaxy, actually infiltrated his mind and saw his own visions of contemplation in leaving the Rebellion to go into exile just like he did in the Last Jedi. The exact same things he saw only 20 or so years earlier, he ended up doing and living once the Last Jedi came about. He let his X-Wing drown in the ocean, he threw his lightsaber away, and he swore to live a life neutral to the Galaxy, without Luke Skywalker there to save the day.
