Why Anakin Said This About Obi-Wan in Episode 2

In Star Wars Episode 2 Attack of the Clones, Anakin Skywalker is so upset after the loss of Shmi Skywalker on Tatooine to the Tusken Raiders. He blames Obi-Wan Kenobi for holding him back...but...according to the novelization, there was a lot more added in that scene which gives more clairvoyance to the scene.
