Why Couldn't Anakin Just Heal His Mother or Padme...But Kylo Can..

In Star Wars Episode 9 The Rise of Skywalker, Kylo Ren and Rey could heal one another, even resurrect each other from the dead like Ben did to Rey after Palpatine's defeat. Why couldn't Anakin just do this? Why couldn't he heal his mother? Or Padme? Doesn't make much sense to me, but let's try to theorize on an answer to hopefully make sense of all of this.
