Why Did Anakin Think the Jedi Were Evil in Revenge of the Sith? Star Wars Explained

At the end of Revenge of the Sith amidst their duel on Mustafar,, Anakin tells Obi-Wan that from his point of view the Jedi are evil...Why? There must be a reason other than "Anakin's crazy and power hungry." If we examine his point of view while observing Vader's thoughts in the non-canon book Dark Lord, then we can have a much better understanding of HOW he could even think the Jedi were evil...especially after killing Younglings.
