What Does It Mean to Contend for the Faith? Jude 1:1-4 (KJV) | Book of Jude Pt 1

Om avsnittet
What does it mean to earnestly contend for the faith? Jude 1:1-4 (KJV) warns that certain men crept in unawares, turning grace into lasciviousness.
Book of Jude Part 1 with Matt Hepner and TopLobsta: Jude writes to believers, not unbelievers, and eternal life is not casual.
Jude set out to write about the common salvation but stopped to exhort the church to contend for the faith. With Matt's eyes dilated, TopLobsta reads the scripture while Matt explains apostasy, the danger of neglecting so great salvation (Hebrews 2:1-3), the love of money (1 Timothy 6), antichrists who went out from us (1 John 2), Satan's ministers transformed into ministers of righteousness (2 Corinthians 11), the enemies of the cross of Christ (Philippians 3), and the solution: walk in the Spirit and sow to the Spirit (Galatians 5-6).
Primary passage: Jude 1:1-4 (KJV)
