Sturla Ellingvåg is an economist and historian from Norway currently collaborating with the roots of the Vikings at the Lundbeck Foundation Centre for Geogenetics at the University of Copenhagen. He also runs his own YouTube channel called Viking Stories.
Sturla recently collaborated on a genetic paper titled Population genomics of the Viking world. The findings of the paper have been reported on by a number of mainstream media worldwide, but the reports misrepresent the findings and Sturla has spoken out against this. Today we will hear more about what the paper actually shows about Viking diversity.
