In this heartfelt episode, I share my deeply personal journey of overcoming an addiction to skin lightening. Growing up in an environment where my skin was not celebrated and often criticized, I struggled with self-acceptance. The turning point came when I built a relationship with God and started seeing myself through His eyes. By surrounding myself with positive influences and meditating on God's word, I learned to love my natural brown skin. I hope my story encourages anyone who struggles with self-image and reminds you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
