Have you ever had an order delayed? You bought something on Amazon that you really needed and the delivery was unexpectedly delayed. You REALLY needed your item! You went to the website and used all of the available tools, including tracking to try and find your item. The expected date kept getting pushed out and you became more and more irritated. Then, thankfully, the package arrived. Whew! Although inconvenienced and upset you were thankful that you finally received it. What you didn't know is that the original parts were delayed because of a shipping issue to the manufacturer. It affected the supply chain. What is that?
