In issue 133 of Tape Op I interviewed Andrew Scheps about mixing, and his work with artists like Adele, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Hozier. It’s been about 4 years, and we wanted to catch up, so I dropped him a line for this podcast. Andrew has recently developed a Pro Tools “bolt on” application, called Bounce Factory, that automates bouncing and mixing, plus he’s now working in Dolby ATMOS, and I had a special question to ask him as well.
