TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ 10.000 BC 10.000 BC is the alias of Berlin-based DJ and .defaultbox label head Patrick, who has been active behind the decks since 2001. Growing up in a suburban town close to Berlin, he discovered electronic music very early - thanks to mixtapes of legendary clubs like E-Werk and Tresor from his brothers or recordings of the iconic broadcast Rave Satellite. Over the years he played at numerous clubs and events in and around Berlin. His sets are strictly vinyl-only, reflecting a deep-rooted love for the raw and physical side of DJing. Whether warming up a room or closing it down, his selection is always tailored for the right moment. In 2014 he launched his label .defaultbox. By 2023 he pushed things further with the sublabel SBX. Both labels are known for their uncompromising honest sound. With his new moniker, Patrick returns to the core of what drives him: timeless Techno in all its forms - moving fluidly between Dub, Hypnotic, Raw and Classic Techno aesthetics. 10.000 BC is a new chapter for a seasoned artist driven by deep musical conviction.
