MoviePass offers ticket refund after Friday Night outage

After a rapid ascent, it’s been a rough couple of months for MoviePass. And while last night’s outage isn’t exactly the end of the world for the theater subscription service, Friday night is the least the opportune moment for your service to crap the proverbial bed. That goes double now that competitors like AMC and Sinemia is pushing back hard. The company says it had the situation fully taken care of as of 9:30 ET last night.
