This time round I have the immense pleasure to chat to Mike Gitter, former A&R for Roadrunner Records and current A&R VP for Century Media. Mike is responsible for bringing about the careers of some of my favourite bands (and quite possibly yours) throughout the years, and is an unrelenting delight to listen to.
