In which we interview Rani Elwy about her work at the intersection of implementation science and policy as she served as a Robert Wood Johnson health policy fellow in the US Senate focusing on menopause care. We discuss menopause policy, stigma, implementation and deimplementation challenges for menopause care, and what it was like to work as a policy fellow for Senator Patty Murray.
