We're diving into more technical + foundational info for the Human Design system by focusing on the 9 centers in the BodyGraph.
The centers in Human Design are unique. They each have their own energy and energetic themes as well as their own not-self themes. Knowing which centers you have defined and undefined can be the key to understanding the energy dynamics between you and other people.
The centers we cover in this episode are
- Head center
- Ajna
- Throat center
- Identity (G center)
- Willpower (Heart center)
For each center, I’ll discuss
- Themes + energy
- What it means to be open or defined
- How a center's definition impacts you on a daily basis
- Energy dynamics between people
