He listens like what you are saying really matters, even if it doesn't. :) He's really good at friendship and a really wise voice for us all. His new book Everybody, Always is challenging and important and everything you love about Bob- funny, whimsical, a little crazy, kind. This conversation, hopefully, is all those things as well.
