In this episode we speak to Jo and James, they are biological parents and adoptive parents and came to that through the process of foster to adopt. 

They share their story and shine a light on the challenges that can emerge through the process of early permanence and the emotional turmoil and complexity that it can often bring. Ultimately they did successfully navigate the process and they are open and honest about this experience.
