Bad Design Feedback from your customers - something that you can't escape as a graphic designer, but also something that can make or break the relationships you have with your clients.

Don't get us wrong, bad feedback doesn't always have to be NEGATIVE feedback, but it does mean the way feedback is given can be a WHOLE other sh*t show.
