Deeper Rhythm Interview Series: Kelsey Reep

Join me for a special edition of the podcast, the first in a new series of interviews with folks connecting to deeper rhythms.

Today I am joined by Kelsey Reep, a licensed therapist and local Ashevillian who has recently launched Aligyned, her passion project rooted in wellbeing for women.  Kelsey shares the impetus for Aligyned, and we chat about lunar rhythms, explore the definition of a "wild" woman, and touch on the empowering aspects of intentionally connecting with the divine feminine.
